No-Fat Balsamic Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing

- 1/4 cup (60 ml) balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons (7 g) sun-dried tomatoes, dried
- 6 ounces (170 g) tofu
- 8 ounces (225 g) no-salt-added tomato sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Transfer to a covered jar and refrigerate.
